This summer has been all about pizza for me – and the perfect summer pizza is a grilled pizza. This one is topped with smoked salmon, goat cheese, red onions, capers, and arugula. So good! Head over to the SeaChange blog for more pictures and a full recipe tutorial. 🙂
I will head over there shortly.. Just wanted to stop in first and say hello!! Summer has been so busy I haven’t had the chance to visit my blogging friends. I hope your summer has been wonderful??
Thanks for dropping by 🙂 Summer has been busy for me too! But also wonderful, as I hope yours has been!
Pizza with capers on it ??? I’m there! The combination of goat cheese, rocket, salmon and capers sounds incredible. Also, you make THE best looking pizzas. I’m still in awe of your beautiful sourdough creations.
It’s kind of like a fully loaded smoked salmon bagel, but a pizza 🙂
Oh my word I can’t think of a better combo for a pizza crust!
Thanks! You should definitely give it a try – very tasty!
I always have a hard time getting the heat correct on the grill for pizza. However yours looks fantastic and love the flavor combinations.
That’s been my challenge too, but low heat plus some trial and error seemed to do the trick 😉
awe… you are torturing me with all these amazing pizzas of yours! will have to try your dough supersoon. thank you for the reminder. and what an elegant topping!
Hehe, I just can’t get enough pizza this summer… 😉
I’ll bet this would be pretty snazzy with Bousin cheese as well…!
Boursin. I can spell, I just can’t type! Too much drool on the keyboard when I read Korena’s posts…make the keyboard too slippery!
Hehe 😉
