Grilled Pizza with Smoked Salmon, Goat Cheese & Arugula

August 22, 2012 By Korena in the Kitchen 13 Comments

This summer has been all about pizza for me – and the perfect summer pizza is a grilled pizza. This one is topped with smoked salmon, goat cheese, red onions, capers, and arugula. So good! Head over to the SeaChange blog for more pictures and a full recipe tutorial. 🙂

Pizza with capers on it ??? I’m there! The combination of goat cheese, rocket, salmon and capers sounds incredible. Also, you make THE best looking pizzas. I’m still in awe of your beautiful sourdough creations.

It’s kind of like a fully loaded smoked salmon bagel, but a pizza 🙂

I always have a hard time getting the heat correct on the grill for pizza. However yours looks fantastic and love the flavor combinations.

That’s been my challenge too, but low heat plus some trial and error seemed to do the trick 😉

I’ll bet this would be pretty snazzy with Bousin cheese as well…!
