Salad Lyonnaise with Candied Salmon

Just a quick note to say that I have another guest post on the SeaChange blog: Salad Lyonnaise with Candied Salmon.       Sawsan, thanks for your comment – you could definitely use tuna instead (or anything you wanted, really) but something smokey (smoked tuna?) would keep the flavour profile similar to the original 🙂
